Each extra person (over and above two adults) sharing a room will be charged an additional $30.00 per night, plus service charge and applicable taxes.
There is an additional $16.00 charge per person, per day to cover porterage, housekeeping and conference services.
PLEASE NOTE: Our room blocks will sell out and are for REGISTERED attendees only. Guest room reservations must be made under the registered delegate name. Reservations made under our room blocks that do not coincide with our registered delegate list will be cancelled. All conference rooms have a 30 day cancellation policy applied by the hotel.
